Don’t miss out on your opportunity to participate in this important conference.

The international conference that bridges the gap between architecture and structural engineering.

The abstract submission for ICSA2013 is closed (deadline was 15 February 2012 and was extended to 29 February 2012).

We are sincerely grateful to all authors who have submitted their abstracts to ICSA2013. Response has been excellent so far. We have received over 500 submissions.

The abstracts will be subjected to a review process by at least two members of the conference scientific committee. Preliminary acceptance of abstracts will be notified to the corresponding authors by 15 May 2012.

ICSA2013 is intended for both researchers and practitioners, including architects, structural and construction engineers, builders and building consultants, constructors, material suppliers, product manufacturers and other experts and professionals involved in the design and realization of architectural, structural and infrastructural projects.

Following the success of ICSA2010 – The 1st International Conference on Structures and Architecture (www.icsa2010.com) – the second edition of this conference will be held again in Guimarães, Portugal.

The numbers behind ICSA2010 are impressive: 8 keynote lectures; 3 Mini-symposia; 1 Special Seminar on Megastructures; more than 250 presentations; 46 Technical sessions; 1 Technical exhibition and participants from more than 40 countries.

The contributions on creative and scientific aspects in the conception and construction of structures, on advanced technologies and on complex architectural and structural applications represented a fine blend of scientific, technical and practical novelties in both fields.
